Henry
J. Roman was born in Bronx, NY. In 1993, he graduated
from Florida International University with a Bachelor
of Arts in History. Mr. Roman graduated from Quinnipiac
College School of Law in Hamden, CT in 1996. Since,
Mr. Roman has represented various employers, insurance
carriers, and their servicing agents in defense of workers'
compensation claims and insurance coverage disputes.
In addition, he has an active commercial litigation
practice wherein he represents various national clients
in a
myriad of commercial disputes and is a Florida State
certified insurance instructor.
Mr. Roman's clients include The Travelers, Greater New
York Insurance, Risk Enterprise Management, Cracker
Barrel Old County Store, Target Stores, Federal Express,
Bed Bath and Beyond, the University of Miami, Saks 5th
Avenue, Boba Land Coffee and Tea, and United Merchants.
A representative case of his is Auguste vs. Waikiki
Hotel, 755 So.2d 191 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999). Mr. Roman
serves as Of Counsel to the firm and is the managing
attorney for
the firm's Broward County office located in Hollywood,
Florida. Mr. Roman is fluent in Spanish and is a member
of the Florida Bar, Cuban American Bar Association,
and Ft. Lauderdale Claims Association.
